Christina has 20 years’ experience in senior HR leadership in organizations of all sizes, both private and public, domestic and international, and across a spectrum of industries. As the Global Head of HR for the Thin Materials Division of Heraeus Materials Technology, Christina led the harmonization of HR programs across six countries in a highly matrixed environment, including the design and implementation of a Global Workforce and Succession Planning System and Global Restructure and Change Management Initiative. As the Regional Head of HR for Target Stores, Christina reduced regional training costs by $500,000 and recruitment costs by $250,000 annually through creative and strategic partnerships and programs.

In 2015, Christina launched her own consulting firm focused on increasing individual and team productivity.
