While EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa region) Marketing Manager at Fujitsu, Debbie developed a marketing strategy that resulted in double-digit growth within six months, achieving two billion euros in revenue. Later, as Senior Director of Strategic Marketing at Sage Software, a $100 million business, Debbie successfully overhauled the company’s marketing strategy, resulting in 2:1 ROI on advertising spend and a 40% increase in traffic to Sage’s eStore.
More recently, as Chief Marketing Officer at Workplace, Debbie developed and executed a global marketing strategy and coached a high-performance team to achieve a 10x increase in sales pipeline within 18 months. She also helped generate a 90% increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and made key contributions leading to the sale of Workplace to a strategic buyer in 2016.
