After 15 years as a senior organizational development consultant for New Mexico’s largest publicly traded electric and gas utility, Kristine established her own professional consulting and training practice in 1990. She has extensive experience identifying barriers to team performance and specializes in designing and facilitating stimulating, hands-on group sessions that deliver long-term improvement.
Kristine’s training expertise spans numerous aspects of organizational development. She uses the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator and DISC to improve interpersonal relationships by creating awareness and understanding of differences in communication and conflict management styles. Kristine provides first-line supervisory training using the Wilson Learning Leading for Performance (LFP) supervisory development program and provides coaching using a 360 Degree Feedback measuring tool.
Kristine facilitates a leadership series that equips first-line supervisors with key supervisory skills.
