John brings over 40 years’ leadership and business management experience to the AZ Growth Advisors process, including expertise in strategic planning, marketing, sales, operations and administration. Over the course of his career, he has held such key roles as co-founder of a two-person startup (later developed into a 200-employee business), and Vice President of Strategy and Marketing at a 3,500-employee national technology integration company. He is a Certified Gravitas Impact Coach.

John is a communications industry leader and has served on national telecommunications industry boards, like NATA, MMTA, and ECA, since 1976. He has provided expert testimony before numerous public utility commissions, judicial proceedings, the U.S. Trade Commission, the U.S. Congressional Sub-Committee on Telecommunications and the U.S. Senate Anti-Trust Committee. He has also received the Thomas F. Carter Award, the industry’s highest award, in recognition of his public service.
